Manager V, Process Integration Engineer

Description   Requirements and Responsibilities Development line equipment manager, overseeing the management of all areas of development and manufacturing to produce products and test vehicles on schedule while meeting the highest standards of safety, quality and cost objectives.  Reports directly to Applied VF fab manager. Responsible for directing/coaching line managers and staff to create and execute development and manufacturing plans to achieve line goals.  Success will require working closely with diverse stakeholders.  Responsible for coordination of and collaboration with Module integrators to maximize development learning cycles while maintaining or exceeding cycle time goals (faster).  Proactively engages with development teams to ensure bottleneck loading, batch factor and cue time plans are in place before WIP is introduced.  Ensures resources such as manpower, equipment efficiency, capacity and materials are aligned to achieve development goals. Staff partner with equal responsible for actively managing the line to minimize WIP and maximize wafers out. Enhances safety and quality programs to exceed company standards. Leads and fosters a culture of continuous improvement, employee engagement and open communications. Skills Excellent oral and written communication Strong interpersonal skills, proactive approach, ability to work under pressure, demonstrated organizational and time management abilities. Strong initiative and leadership, analytical problem solving skills. Lean manufacturing background is preferred. Experience with strategic planning and conceptual skills. Qualifications   Education Minimum Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline. Master's Degree or higher preferred. Work Experience 10 years of relevant experience in semiconductor industry, preferably as Fab module owner or Fab Staff. Ideal candidate has 2+ years Fab staff or Fab management experience in a 300mm advanced technology fab or development center. 1807403

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
