Engineer Equipment Engineering - Photochemical

The primary responsibility of the Photochemical Process Engineer is to lead the photochemical efforts for the Photolithography team for 14nm node and beyond. Manage photochemical inventory and incoming quality control for POR photochemicals with procurement and quality team. Help coordinate efforts for new photochemicals to be used for 14nm and 7nm nodes. Collaborate and build relationships with groups supporting the Fab8 photochemical supply chain of GLOBALFOUNDRIES. Manage relationships with suppliers and participate in OBR and EBR meetings in order to keep communication channels open with key suppliers. Implement Phase II of batch qualification process to ensure quality of materials.
Specific Responsibilities
  • Work with procurement, quality and planning groups to insure photochemical supply chain.
  • Lead weekly photochemical meetings with all groups that support photochemical supply.
  • Complete phase I investigation of extra photochemical usage brought up by procurement or planning groups and raise concerns to track equipment engineering team.
  • Fill out required information in order to bring new photochemicals into Fab8 including MERF, MSIR, and part number creation.
  • Facilitate and rank supplier PCN work with internal engineering team members and prioritize next projects accordingly.
  • Calculate/review photoresist efficiency once per month and notify tool owners of any changes.
  • Implement Phase II of batch qualification process to ensure quality of incoming materials.
  • Work with suppliers and quality organization through any materials quality excursions.
  • Represent AME in internal and external supplier quality meetings and supplier quality audits.
  • Contribute to supplier operational business review (OBR) and executive business review (EBR) meetings.
  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Chemistry or Physics, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong, working relationships inside the organization with all groups including quality, procurement, planning, and track equipment teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong, working relationships outside the organization with external partners.
  • Demonstrated written and oral communication skills, and the ability to interface with and influence a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and able to react to shifting priorities to meet business need.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
