HR Business Partner

Summary of Role:
This position will provide human resources (HR) leadership and expertise for a large globally distributed organization. Overall responsibilities include but are not limited to employee relations, organizational development, collaboration with hiring and staffing, performance management, employee development, compensation planning, issue resolution, employee advocacy, and engagement programs for assigned client groups.
Essential Responsibilities :
  • HR Client leadership for large global organization in semi-conductor industry.
  • Work/Partner strategically and tactically with HR Centers of Excellence globally in support of business requirements.
  • Partner with business leaders on multiple human resources areas, including policies, processes and practices, evaluation and development of personnel, annual reviews, compensation planning, implementation of process improvements, including leading change initiatives, planning/facilitation of new programs.
  • Provide leadership for the development and execution of company and organization vision and structure, including development and execution of plans to ensure that effective communication for client organizations.
  • Partner with client groups providing direction and advice to executive leadership on all organizational matters.
  • Lead collaborative efforts with US, Europe and ASIA HR Team resources to drive global alignment and execution across the client group. Improve collaboration of global HR team responsible for this client group.
  • Provide HR leadership and coaching to employees and managers regarding employee relations issues.
  • Lead client organizations in the development of the annual reviews, organization structure development, job design, compensation, and organization change / effectiveness
  • Work with client groups to develop and maintain accurate staffing/resourcing plans and headcount budgets.
  • Partner with global staffing resources to identify and hire key technical talent in a heavy hiring environment.
  • Lead team to successfully assimilate new employees into GLOBALFOUNDRIES.
  • Provide advice and counsel to management and employees to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Coordinate with global mobility resources as applicable to manage international and domestic assignments/moves.
  • Drive continuous improvement of employee engagement activities. Lead / facilitate action planning for annual employee surveys.
  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Qualifications
Required Qualifications :
  • B.S. Degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of Human Resources Business Partner or HR Manager experience ??" 5 years experience with global client groups in Europe and Asia preferred.
  • Experience managing significant Human Resources projects
  • Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization and experience in working with external constituencies ( vendors, universities, community organizations)
  • Outstanding organizational skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and able to react to shifting priorities to meet business needs
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the semi-conductor industry or other manufacturing environment
  • MBA
  • Experience in Global operations

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
